Speaking to the press after a campaign event in Pennsylvania, Trump said he is considering appointing Elon Musk to a cabinet post or giving him an advisory role if he accepts.
Last week, Elon Musk had a live broadcast with Donald Trump on the social media platform X and said that “Trump must win the election for the good of the country”.
During the broadcast, Musk proposed to Trump to establish a presidential commission on the effective functioning of the government and to appoint him as the head of this commission. Trump responded to this offer by saying, “I would love to do that.”
Elon Musk supported Hillary Clinton in the 2016 elections and Joe Biden in the 2020 elections.
