Katie Collman, a 10-year-old girl living in the US, went missing in 2005. The little girl's body was found near Lake Silvers. Collman had been raped and brutally murdered.

Police took DNA samples from everyone living in the neighborhood and matched the sample to Anthony Ray Stockelman, the father of three children. Stockelman was sentenced to life in prison.

But for Collman's relative Jarred Harris, this was not enough. In 2006, Harris, who was in the same prison as Stockelman for a crime he had committed in 2006, sneaked into his cell.

Harris locked him in and forcibly tattooed 'KATIE'S REVENGE' on his forehead.

A photo of this tattoo was leaked to the press by the guards and they lost their jobs because of it. But they said they never regretted it.
