“When a boxer loses a fight, the first words out of his mouth are 'I want a rematch,'” Trump said, adding, ”The polls clearly show that I won Tuesday night's debate against comrade Kamala Harris, the radical left Democratic candidate, and she immediately called for a second debate.”

Trump accused US President Joe Biden and Vice President Harris of allowing “millions of criminals and the mentally ill to flood into the United States.”

Blaming the Democratic administration for “bankrupting the middle class” as a result of the failure to curb inflation in the country, Trump emphasized that these issues were raised and discussed in detail in his first debate with Biden and in the second program he faced with Harris.

Reminding that his opponent Harris did not participate in the debate program on Fox News channel and refused to participate in an encounter on NBC and CBS channels, Trump continued his statement, “Kamala should focus on what she has to do in the last four years. There will not be a third debate.”

Harris's campaign team quickly communicated to Trump's campaign team after Tuesday's showdown that they wanted a new live debate.
