According to the decree signed by Putin, the sale of all assets of Caterpillar in Russia to the company PSK Noviye Resheniya was authorized.
The decree did not provide information on the price of the sale.
Caterpillar, which produces US-based construction and mining equipment, had decided to stop work at its facilities in Russia after the Ukrainian war.
In Russia, the assets of some Western companies such as Mercedes and Renault were transferred or sold to the Russian state or companies, and trustees were appointed to manage the assets of Danone and Carlsberg companies.
