Mysterious Arrest after Woman Hit by Car

A male individual has been apprehended on suspicion of attempted murder subsequent to law enforcement officers announcing that a female pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle outside a public house in Kidderminster. Authorities responded to the incident in the parking lot of the Hare and Hounds pub situated on Stourbridge Road at approximately 17:15 GMT on Saturday, involving a grey Audi A4. West Mercia Police disclosed that the victim, a woman in her thirties, sustained severe leg injuries and remains hospitalized. Subsequent to the occurrence, a male in his thirties was taken into custody on suspicion of attempted murder and is currently being detained by law enforcement.
