Almost two years since the conclusion of “Succession,” HBO’s acclaimed finance drama “Industry” is not done yet. The upcoming season is set to introduce fresh faces to replace a departing main character, continuing the story of troubled London analysts at Pierpoint investment bank. The gripping narrative unfolds in a high-stakes work environment filled with drugs and sex, captivating viewers with major cliffhangers in Season 3. The season enjoyed a 40% increase in viewership, drawing an average of 1.6 million viewers per episode and featuring Kit Harington of “Game of Thrones” fame as immature CEO Sir Henry Muck. Season 4 is in production in the U.K, but no release date has been announced. New cast members include Max Minghella, Kiernan Shipka, Toheeb Jimoh, Jack Farthing, and Amy James-Kelly, while Harry Lawtey will not be returning. The show is available for streaming on HBO Max, having premiered in the U.S. on Nov. 9, 2020. Season 3 concluded with Pierpoint & Co. being sold to an Egyptian investment firm, closing the London office and leading to various character developments and cliffhangers.
