British rapper and internet personality Yung Filly, known in real life as Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, has entered a plea of not guilty to multiple charges of sexual assault in Western Australia. The star faced the Perth Magistrates Court on Tuesday, where he denied three counts of assault causing bodily harm, one count of strangulation, and four counts of sexual penetration without consent. His case is scheduled to be heard in the state’s higher district court on 13 June. Yung Filly has been out on bail since October 2024, following allegations of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s in a hotel room after a performance in Hillarys, a suburb of Perth. The incident reportedly occurred on 28 September. The artist, associated with the YouTube group Beta Squad, has also appeared on BBC Three. Yung Filly was touring in Australia during the time of the alleged offenses and has made appearances on various UK television programs, including Soccer Aid on ITV and The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer on Channel 4. Additionally, he received a Mobo Award for best media personality in 2021.
