The standout moments in ‘With Love, Meghan’ are when Meghan Markle is in the kitchen.
“I love cooking, I love being able to make something and be creative, but I love feeding people,” Meghan expresses in the sixth episode. “Maybe that’s a mom thing, but even before I had kids, I just loved the idea of being able to see someone go [gasps] ‘That’s so good!’ and know you were a part of that.”

Episode 1: “Hello, Honey!”
In the premiere episode, Meghan and Martin delve into candlemaking. Before his arrival, Meghan whips up homemade truffle popcorn to surprise him. “The joy of hostessing for me is surprising people with moments that let them know I was really thinking of their whole experience from morning ‘til evening,” Meghan shares. They also prepare a crudité platter, single skillet spaghetti, and a honey lemon layer cake decorated with raspberry. Additionally, they craft beeswax candles.
Episode 2: “Welcome to the Party”
Actress Mindy Kaling joins Meghan in this episode, where they plan a garden-themed kids’ birthday party. Meghan treats Mindy to a frittata and a yogurt parfait topped with her homemade blackberry preserve. They create “easy, cute sandwiches,” tulip toasts, and ladybug crostinis together.
Episode 3: “Two Kids from LA”
Chef Roy Choi guides Meghan through a cooking spree, teaching her kimchi, quickles, tempura fried chicken, and various sauces. Meghan even surprises Choi with homemade donuts before his arrival.
Episode 4: “Love is in the Details”
Meghan spends time with her friend Delfina Blaquier, preparing sun tea and homemade dog biscuits. They bake focaccia and toss together a pasta salad. Meghan affectionately reminisces about her late dog, Guy.
Episode 5: “Surprise and Delight”
Meghan hosts friends Abigail Spencer and Kelly McKee Zajfen for a Nancy Meyers-style lunch, featuring salt-baked fish with roasted tomatoes, a crudité platter, and frozen flowers.

Episode 6: “The Juice Is Worth the Squeeze”
In this episode, Chef Ramon Velazquez assists Meghan in preparing for a game night with friends. They set up a taco bar with plantain chips, chicken tinga tacos, halibut ceviche with leche de tigre, and salsa norteña. As they enjoy palomas and margaritas while playing mahjong, Meghan is asked about a cookbook, to which she replies, “I haven’t considered that yet!”

Vicky Tsai of Tatcha joins Meghan in the kitchen to create potstickers and a Japanese polishing face mask. Reflecting on the experience, Meghan appreciates focusing on creating the filling rather than making the dumpling wrapper. “It’s about doing what we can with love,” she remarks.
