US Soccer House Hosts World Cup Party!

U.S. Soccer and Bank of America have joined forces to host a World Cup celebration. In a strategic move revealed on Tuesday morning, Bank of America will serve as the sponsor for U.S. Soccer House during the Men’s World Cup in 2026. This initiative, akin to the well-received Team USA House at the Olympics, will provide a central hub for American soccer enthusiasts to convene, enjoy matches, and unwind throughout the five-week tournament.

Positioned in Los Angeles, Soccer House will serve as the starting point for the U.S. men’s team as they commence their World Cup campaign on June 12, 2026. Additionally, Los Angeles will witness the team’s third group-stage encounter on June 25, 2026. The city is slated to host a total of eight matches, including two round-of-32 fixtures and a thrilling quarterfinal clash. Notably, Los Angeles is also slated to host the 2028 Olympic Games, where the reigning gold medalist U.S. women’s team will be vying for continued success.

Expressing enthusiasm for bolstering soccer’s trajectory, David Tyrie, Bank of America’s Chief Digital Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, articulated in a statement heralding the sponsorship arrangement, “Our investments in the U.S. Soccer Federation and the sport at large present distinctive and enduring avenues to cultivate client relationships, engage our team members, and foster positive economic influence, locally and globally. As the world’s most popular sport commands attention over the coming two years and beyond, we are keen to be a part of its growth.”

Having reclaimed their commercial rights two years prior, U.S. Soccer has embarked on a series of partnerships crafted to fortify growth across all facets of the game. Noteworthy contributions include a $50 million pledge from Arthur Blank, owner of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United, towards a national team training center currently in development outside Atlanta. This facility will not only serve as a hub for national teams and their support staff but will also furnish educational resources for grassroots coaches and referees. Furthermore, Washington Spirit owner Michele Kang has allocated $30 million to fortify talent identification within the women’s game, enhancing competitive opportunities for the USWNT’s youth squads.

The collaboration with Bank of America extends broadly, encompassing support for all 27 national teams, inclusive of the Men’s and Women’s National Teams, along with grassroots initiatives. As part of this partnership, Bank of America will underwrite an annual Fan Appreciation Match alongside Play it Forward community clinics. In a bid to empower women with financial planning and investment counsel, Bank of America is launching SheInvests, an addition to the SheBelieves program. Initially conceived as a tournament pitting the USWNT against premier adversaries, SheBelieves has since evolved to champion the empowerment and inspiration of women both within and beyond the realm of sports.
