Unveiling of Larger-than-Life Bronze Trump Statue Ahead of Inauguration!

An Ohio artist has created a 15-foot-tall bronze statue of President Trump, titled “Don Colossus,” which will embark on a nationwide tour before finding its home at a future Trump presidential library. Sculpted by Alan Cottrill, the statue captures a defining moment when Trump defiantly raised his fist in the air following an assassination attempt during a rally in Butler, PA.

Weighing nearly six tons and costing $1 million, the statue was crafted in Zanesville, OH, under the skillful hands of the master bronzesmith. The project was initiated just a week after the incident in Pennsylvania. Notably, there would have been no refund or return policy had the election outcome been different.

Alan Cottrill, renowned for his statue of Thomas Edison displayed in the U.S. Capitol since 2016, is the creative force behind “Don Colossus.” The bronze monument is scheduled for unveiling at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. this Saturday before commencing its nationwide journey.

Funded by a group of affluent cryptocurrency investors, the statue serves as a tribute to President Trump, with hopes of fostering a positive relationship between the industry and the administration. The investors, including notable figures like Brock Pierce and Dustin Stockton, anticipate Trump’s presence alongside the statue during its inauguration.

“People will be making a pilgrimage to see this thing. Trump has a fan base that I don’t think we’ve seen in a politician in a very long time,” remarked Brock Pierce, emphasizing the strong following the former president retains. Dustin Stockton, a conservative activist and spokesperson for the investors, expressed optimism about Trump’s potential involvement in the statue’s ceremonial unveiling.

The statue encapsulates the resilience and fervor demonstrated by Trump in the face of adversity, symbolized by his iconic raised fist moment in Pennsylvania. As the “Don Colossus” embarks on its nationwide tour, it serves as a tangible representation of the enduring support and admiration for the 45th President of the United States.
