How to Incorporate Flaxseeds into Your Diet

Flaxseeds have gained popularity in the wellness world due to their powerful health benefits packed in tiny seeds. Keep in mind that ground flaxseeds will roughly double in volume compared to whole seeds. Flaxseed oil should also be refrigerated and consumed within a few weeks of opening. While flaxseeds offer health benefits, consuming them in excess can lead to digestive issues due to their high fiber content. It’s important to drink plenty of water when eating high-fiber foods and gradually increase fiber intake to avoid digestive problems.
