In the post, originally shared by The OC Trainer and later reposted by El Moussa, the 43-year-old reality TV personality can be seen flexing his muscles while seated on a bench, sporting a black tank top and shorts.
The caption accompanying the post mentioned “Early morning HIT workouts,” a nod to high-intensity interval training, a fitness approach characterized by short bursts of intense exercise interspersed with rest periods.
El Moussa, who has overcome testicular cancer and thyroid cancer in the past, has been vocal about his commitment to fitness for the sake of his well-being and longevity. He once shared his motivation for hitting the gym, stating, “Once I realized how BADLY I wanted to feel good and be healthy – for myself, my wife, my kids, and my longevity – was the second I put my head down and got to work!!”
On his trainer’s social media account, El Moussa was also featured mid-workout, exemplifying a strong sense of focus and dedication. Despite his personal drive to stay active and healthy, El Moussa also finds inspiration in his children. In a video clip shared by El Moussa, his son Tristan, who is approaching his second birthday, can be seen exhibiting a reluctance to participate in his first soccer practice, much to his father’s amusement.
Tristan is the youngest of El Moussa’s three children, with daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, from his previous marriage to Christina Haack. El Moussa and Haack, who remain on good terms, are set to appear together in Haack’s upcoming HGTV show, “Christina on the Coast: The Flip-Off,” premiering on January 29.
