The six NBA championship banners belonging to the Chicago Bulls have been taken down from the United Center rafters due to damage sustained during a concert. The banners were reportedly affected during a performance by the rock band Disturbed. The United Center and the Bulls are currently collaborating on repairing the damaged banners. Although they will not be displayed for the remainder of this season, it is expected that they will be back up for next season. The Bulls recently won against the Brooklyn Nets and are scheduled to play the Los Angeles Lakers at home on March 27. Led by Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, the Bulls achieved three consecutive championships from 1991-93 and another three-peat from 1996-98.
