Twin Brothers, 19, Missed Trip to Boston! Family Seeks Answers.

A family is seeking answers after the tragic discovery of twin brothers, Qaadir and Naazir Lewis, at the summit of Bell Mountain in Hiawassee, Georgia. The 19-year-old Lawrenceville twins were found with gunshot wounds by hikers on March 8. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has indicated that the preliminary investigation suggests a “murder-suicide,” with autopsies still pending and the case under investigation.

The family of the twins is in shock, as they had believed the brothers were visiting friends in Boston at the time. The siblings had seemingly taken an early morning flight to Boston on March 7, but were found in an unfamiliar area the following day. Family members expressed disbelief, stating that the twins had no connection to Hiawassee, Georgia, and had never visited such a location before.

Desperate for answers, the family is struggling to comprehend how the twins ended up in the mountains, far from their home. They describe Qaadir and Naazir as inseparable and loving brothers, making the circumstances surrounding their deaths even more perplexing.

To support the family in covering funeral and memorial expenses, an aunt has launched a GoFundMe campaign. The family emphasizes that the twins came from a background of love and had aspirations for the future, including plans to start their own clothing line. They urge for further investigation into the tragic events that unfolded on Bell Mountain, emphasizing that the twins would not have willingly caused harm to each other.
