It would be interesting to know how many people in these countries would be interested in becoming part of the United States in some capacity. I suspect the number would be significant, possibly in the millions. Perhaps a polling organization could take on this task.
Trump recently made multiple posts on this topic. Regarding Greenland, he shared on Truth Social about his representatives landing there, emphasizing the need for safety, security, and peace. He also expressed interest in making Greenland part of the U.S. With Canada, Trump posted images of North American maps showing the U.S. expanded without Canada.
While Trump’s remarks may seem light-hearted, there is some strategic thinking behind them, especially concerning Greenland and Panama.
