Trump’s Doctor Declares Him Fit for Duty!

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — The doctor of Donald Trump, who is the oldest man to be elected president, has stated that he is fully capable of serving as commander in chief based on the results of his recent physical exam. Trump, who is 78 years old, has been deemed fit for the role, with his physician, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, highlighting his active lifestyle as a significant contributor to his well-being. Trump’s physical exam results, released by the White House, show that he has lost 20 pounds since his last exam in 2020, dropping from 244 to 224 pounds. The report also mentions that Trump had cataract surgery on both eyes and a colonoscopy in July 2024 that revealed a benign polyp and diverticulosis. Despite these findings, Barbabella confirms that Trump remains in excellent health with strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall physical function. Trump’s cholesterol levels have improved over time with the help of medications, and his blood pressure, resting heart rate, and aspirin intake were also noted in the report. Trump, an avid golfer, continues to lead an active lifestyle and participate in various activities.___Associated Press writer Jonathan Poet in Philadelphia contributed to this report.
