Trump’s Bold Move 100 Executive Orders Unleashed!

President-elect Donald Trump has indicated his intention to issue approximately 100 executive orders upon assuming office, according to reports from senators and other sources. The exact number may vary slightly, but Trump’s plan to use executive actions to address various issues has garnered attention.

Scheduled to take office on January 20th, Trump recently met with Senate Republicans to discuss his priorities. Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-Okla.) revealed during an appearance on “Fox & Friends” that Trump mentioned around 100 executive orders aimed at tackling issues such as border security and U.S. energy. “He threw that out — 100 — there could be like 100 EOs, yeah. I believe him,” Mullin shared. Sen. Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.) also confirmed the plan, stating to The Hill, “There could be like 100 EOs.”

Among the anticipated executive orders is Trump’s intent to swiftly reverse President Biden’s ban on new oil and gas drilling along the U.S. coast. The new administration, led by Trump, plans to utilize executive authority to address border security and immigration immediately upon taking office.

Sources have provided previews of some of the expected executive orders to Senate Republicans, indicating a proactive approach from the incoming administration. Stephen Miller, a key figure in Trump’s team, has discussed strategies for utilizing executive powers to address border and immigration matters from day one.

Concerning the volume of executive orders, The Associated Press reported that Trump is preparing for over 100 orders to be issued on his first day in office. Sen. John Hoeven (R-N.D.) confirmed the substantial number of executive actions planned by Trump during the meeting with GOP senators.

Despite the focus on executive orders, Republican lawmakers expressed willingness to collaborate with Trump on advancing his legislative priorities. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) and Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) have both affirmed their commitment to supporting the president-elect’s agenda through legislative efforts.

In response to Biden’s actions during the transition period, Trump criticized what he perceived as efforts to impede the transition process. Trump condemned Biden’s executive orders related to environmental policies, including the Green New Deal, labeling them as wasteful and obstructive. Trump reassured his supporters that these orders would be swiftly overturned, emphasizing his vision for a nation guided by common sense and strength.

As Trump prepares to assume office, the prospect of a significant number of executive orders being implemented has stirred interest and raised questions about the new administration’s priorities. With a focus on addressing pressing issues such as border security, energy policy, and immigration, Trump aims to assert his agenda through executive actions while also seeking support from GOP lawmakers to advance his legislative goals.
