Trump Declares Biden’s Autopen Pardons Void and Vacant!

President Trump announced on Monday that he was invalidating all the last-minute pardons issued by former President Joe Biden using an autopen. Trump stated on Truth Social that the pardons granted by Biden to various individuals, including members of the Unselect Committee and others, are now considered null and void because they were not personally signed by Biden. Trump expressed concerns about Biden’s age and alleged that Biden was unaware of these pardons due to his advanced years. Trump claimed that the pardons had not been officially approved by Biden and warned that those pardoned by Biden, especially members of the Jan. 6 House select committee, would be subject to investigation. Trump criticized the actions of the committee and accused them of misconduct in handling evidence during their investigation. Biden had issued a series of pardons on his last day in office, including preemptive pardons for individuals like General Mark Milley and Dr. Anthony Fauci. Milley had criticized Trump’s behavior and Fauci had faced scrutiny over his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. Trump and other Republicans have accused Fauci of lying to Congress about the origins of the virus. Trump also claimed that Biden had not personally approved these pardons.

OversightPRTrump expressed outrage following Biden’s preemptive pardons, calling the move “disgraceful” and claiming that “Many are guilty of MAJOR CRIMES!” It remains uncertain if any court will challenge Biden’s pardons due to the autopen controversy. Missouri’s Attorney General Andrew Bailey recently raised concerns about executive orders signed by Biden using autopen signatures, suggesting that if true, these actions may be unconstitutional and legally invalid. Bailey further demanded an investigation by the DOJ to determine if Biden’s cognitive decline led to unelected staff pushing through policies without his knowledge or approval.
