Trump Administration’s Bold Move 7 Miles of New Border Wall Construction Underway by Kristi Noem!

Kristi Noem, the former governor of South Dakota, has announced the commencement of a new project involving the construction of a 7-mile section of President Trump’s border wall in Arizona. This decision comes in light of a significant decrease in illegal crossings by 95% during President Trump’s administration, a fact highlighted by the Secretary of Homeland Security.

In a video shared on her social media account, Noem emphasized her commitment to enhancing safety in America by starting the construction of a new portion of the border wall in Arizona. She expressed her determination to continue efforts to make the country secure once again.

The Trump administration has been celebrating the progress made at the border in the initial 50 days of its term, with illegal border crossings reaching historic lows. Secretary Noem praised the dedicated work of border agents and the effectiveness of stricter enforcement policies and the resumption of border wall construction.

The decreased illegal activity at the border has put pressure on Mexican cartels, leading to more desperate attempts to circumvent the heightened security measures. Noem highlighted the importance of enforcing federal laws, securing borders, and preventing illegal activities from persisting.

The diligent efforts of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have resulted in the arrest of over 32,000 individuals since President Trump’s inauguration. Noem underscored the significance of these arrests in comparison to the total number of ICE arrests made during the entire tenure of the Biden administration in 2024.

Moreover, Noem shared examples of the creative methods smugglers have employed to transport illegal substances and individuals across the border, such as concealing fentanyl in watermelons, smuggling humans in trucks, and hiding meth in charcoal. She commended the Customs and Border Protection officers for their vigilant work in safeguarding the Nogales Port of Entry and ensuring the safety of America.
