Tragic Fate Strikes Family 19-Year-Old Dies of Cancer 4 Years After Mother’s Loss!

A Georgia family has faced a devastating double tragedy with the loss of mother and daughter to cancer within four years. Kiera Shakoor, 19, passed away on Sunday, June 22, leaving behind her three brothers. Previously, the siblings lost their single mother, Koya, to breast cancer.

The family has set up a GoFundMe to support Kiera’s brothers, highlighting the immense suffering she endured with unwavering faith. Kiera’s brother, Will Shakoor Smith, quit his job to care for her full-time, while her other brothers, Koyahn Smith and Justin Smith, also spent as much time with her as possible.

Their loved ones are now raising funds to fulfill Kiera’s final wish of being buried next to her mother. Kiera was initially diagnosed with nerve cancer during high school, but despite graduating, the disease returned and spread this year, eventually reaching her brain and spreading throughout her body.

The family friend who set up the fundraiser emphasized the strength of the siblings’ faith amid profound loss, expressing the importance of providing a dignified farewell for Kiera.
