In Mississippi, multiple tornadoes claimed the lives of seven individuals. Tylertown, Mississippi, faced the wrath of both an EF-4 and an EF-3 tornado within a short span, leaving a family capturing the terrifying moment on video as the tornado tore through their city. FOX Weather Correspondent Robert Ray visited the ravaged town, where scenes of destruction were evident, including a shattered chicken coop and displaced livestock.

In Elliott, Mississippi, a father and son narrowly escaped as a tornado passed by their home, causing significant damage. Meanwhile, Missouri witnessed a tragic death toll of 12 across various counties. However, a group of 13 individuals was rescued after seeking shelter in a Burger King bathroom during a tornado in Villa Ridge.

Further accounts of survival emerged from Imperial and Poplar Bluff, Missouri, where residents endured the destructive forces of the tornadoes. One resident described being lifted and thrown by the powerful winds, highlighting the sheer force of the natural disaster.

Through these harrowing experiences, the communities affected by the tornado outbreak showcased remarkable strength and unity in the face of adversity.

At least three people were confirmed dead as severe storms ravaged through the state on Saturday. Two individuals lost their lives in Dallas County, while another was killed in Winterboro, as reported by Ivey.
