Tesla has opened a vacancy for a Data Collection Operator. The company wants employees with this title to wear a motion capture suit and virtual reality goggles.

With this equipment, employees will walk test routes and perform certain tasks. It is stated that these walks will take more than 7 hours a day. Tesla plans to train the human robot Optimus in this way. In addition to collecting data, employees are also expected to analyze this information and keep daily reports.

Employee candidates are also looking for some physical characteristics.

Applicants must be 1.70 or 1.80 meters tall,
Because Tesla's robot Optimus is 1.73 meters tall.
On the other hand, the recruited employees will use virtual reality glasses for a long time. Someone who can cope with the VR disease that occurs in such situations is also being sought.

Employees will be hired full-time and the salary range will vary between $ 25 and $ 48 per hour. Tesla's Optimus social media account described what the job looks like in a video last year.
