The incident involved three individuals, with two of them impersonating ICE officers while the third was recording the interactions, as reported by Temple University. The situation unfolded when university police received a report of three suspicious males claiming to be police officers and ICE personnel at an Insomnia Cookies store. The university emphasized that any student found responsible for such misconduct will face disciplinary action in accordance with the Student Conduct Code, which could include expulsion. The investigation into the matter is currently active and ongoing, with the two remaining suspects still at large. Notably, the suspects were observed wearing shirts with the word “Police” on the front and “ICE” on the back, as confirmed by the police department.
