Taliban’s Shocking Claim 46 Killed in Pakistani Airstrikes!

A Taliban government official disclosed that the airstrikes carried out by Pakistan on Afghanistan on Tuesday resulted in the deaths of 46 individuals, including women and children, as reported by The Associated Press. Hamdullah Fitrat, the deputy spokesperson for the Afghan government, revealed that the strikes targeted four locations in the Barmal district. Pakistani security officials informed the AP that their operation aimed to eliminate insurgents and target a training facility.

The Foreign Ministry of Afghanistan, located in the capital city of Kabul, unequivocally stated that the nation will not tolerate any infringement upon its territorial sovereignty and is prepared to defend its independence and land. The Ministry condemned Pakistan’s actions as “irresponsible” and issued a warning of potential repercussions. Furthermore, it asserted that the airstrikes conducted by Pakistan were intended to sow discord and suspicion in the bilateral relations between the two neighboring countries.

While Pakistani authorities refrained from directly addressing the allegations, Mohammad Sadiq, Pakistan’s special representative for Afghanistan, was in Kabul engaging in discussions on various matters prior to the airstrike. Pakistani leadership has attributed the recent surge in militant attacks within its borders to the Taliban and responded with military actions across the border into Afghanistan. In contrast, the Taliban has refuted these accusations.
