When it comes to dog stereotypes, there is often some truth behind them. Huskies are well-known for their vocalizations, as they use their loud voices to communicate in harsh weather conditions. Newfoundlands truly have a love for water, and Poodle mixes are commonly as affectionate as they appear. However, stereotypes do not always hold true, as demonstrated by Fabio the tiny Chihuahua! Despite the belief that Chihuahuas can be mean and noisy, this little dog is incredibly friendly. He goes out of his way to greet everyone he encounters during his daily walks. On February 21, Fabio’s owner, Lexis, captured his adorable interactions as he cheerfully waves hello to every person they pass by. It’s remarkable how Fabio manages to make new friends left and right, making their walks all the more heartwarming.
Fabio lives up to his name as a charming ladies’ man. The woman who paused to acknowledge him was completely won over by his charm! His delightful waves are simply irresistible, and it was surprising that she was the only one to stop. Fans in the comments section are completely enamored with this lovable little dog!
One viewer named Heidi humorously remarked, “You would have to call the cops because I’d be taking him home with me.” Numerous others expressed their adoration for the tiny Chihuahua in the comments, but it’s likely nothing new for Fabio. His confidence shines through as he knows just how lovable he is!
A commenter named Ginger noted, “This is the happiest, friendliest Chi I’ve ever seen,” which rings true. While many Chihuahuas compensate for their small size with attitude, obedience training and socialization can help them realize they don’t need to act tough.
In a sea of positive comments, one user raised an interesting question: why do small dogs sometimes ride in strollers? Lexis shed light on the matter, stating, “Many small dogs are prone to luxated patellas, which are quite common. My Chi occasionally experiences issues with his.” The stroller proves to be a helpful aid in such situations, allowing for faster walks with small or elderly dogs who may struggle to keep up. Whether due to an injury, health condition, or simply for convenience, dogs may find comfort in riding in a stroller.
Kudos to Lexis and Fabio for defying stereotypes and fostering positive discussions among dog owners and enthusiasts. Please convey our greetings to Fabio!
