Star-Studded Lineup Revealed for FireAid Benefit Concert!

Lady Gaga, Joni Mitchell, Katy Perry, Stevie Nicks, Sting, Billie Eilish, Finneas, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and more iconic musicians are set to headline the FireAid benefit concerts taking place on Jan. 30 at the Inuit Dome and Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The star-studded event will also include performances by Earth, Wind and Fire, Gracie Abrams, Green Day, Gwen Stefani, Jelly Roll, Lil Baby, Pink, Rod Stewart, Stephen Stills, Tate McRae, and a special collaboration between Dave Matthews and John Mayer, marking their first performance together.

The concert lineup promises an unforgettable night of music in support of L.A. communities affected by the devastating wildfires that ravaged numerous structures in Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and Altadena. As the Santa Ana winds have decreased in the Greater Los Angeles area, firefighters have made progress in containing the ongoing wildfires, encompassing over 40,000 acres, as reported by NBC News.

Airing of the concerts will be available through various platforms including select AMC Theatres, Apple Music, the Apple TV App, Max, iHeartRadio, KTLA+, Netflix/Tudom, Paramount+, Prime Video, the Amazon Music Channel on Twitch, SiriusXM, Spotify, SoundCloud, Veeps, and YouTube. The benefit, produced by The Azoff Company, Live Nation, and AEG Presents, aims to unite music enthusiasts in a night of solidarity, emphasizing community rebuilding and fire prevention efforts.

Proceeds generated from the event will be directed to a 501c3 non-profit organization to aid in infrastructure restoration, assistance for displaced families, and the advancement of fire prevention technologies and strategies to enhance L.A.’s preparedness for future fire emergencies. Those interested in attending the concert can find ticket and donation details by submitting an inquiry on the Inuit Dome website.

Major music industry players such as ASCAP, Amazon, Sony, and Warner Music have contributed substantial donations to assist in repairing the damage caused by the wildfires and to bolster readiness for potential future wildfire threats. In addition to financial aid, resources for mental health and financial support are being made available for industry workers and musicians whose residences or livelihoods have been jeopardized.

The FireAid benefit concerts are poised to be a powerful demonstration of the music community’s support for those impacted by the wildfires, showcasing the industry’s commitment to aiding communities in need and fostering resilience in the face of natural disasters.
