Sneak Peek Inside the 2025 Kips Bay Palm Beach Show House!

Get a sneak peek at the 2025 Kips Bay Palm Beach Show House, featuring a team of talented interior designers who have come together to transform the stunning Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Palm Beach. This year’s show house is located in Providence Park and showcases the historic 1937 architecture, spacious outdoor area, and breathtaking views of Palm Beach Island and the Intracoastal Waterway. Exclusive previews of each room’s design, including detailed renderings, are available. Tickets for the event are now on sale, with the house opening on February 21 and general admission running from February 22 to March 16. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. The chairs for this year’s show house are Ellie Cullman and VERANDA’s Editor in Chief Steele Marcoux, with Jonathan Savage and Billy Ceglia as vice chairs. Various designers, such as Amal Kapen Interiors, Amanda Reynal Interiors, B. Berry Interiors, Bierly Drake & Steele, Inc., Caroline Gidiere Design, David Mitchell Brown, and Garden 26, are presenting their unique design concepts at the show house. From a breezy Arabian-inspired balcony to a feminine lounge and a refined guest suite, each space offers a blend of style and creativity.

House of Clark Interiors has created a space for relaxation and rejuvenation with features such as an outdoor lounge, fire pit deck, reading nook, and wellness area, providing various ways to unwind and recharge. Inspired by her travels, Kelly Collier-Clark renovated the guest house bath into a boutique oasis with a mix of materials, stunning marble, and a custom vanity. Indigo Pruitt Design Studio has transformed the guest house bedroom into a wellness-centric lounge, balancing vibrant colors with a soothing atmosphere for a unique spa-like retreat. Kristin Paton Interiors has infused the home’s vestibule with antique charm and a well-traveled vibe, creating a perfect space for the lady of the house to prepare for events. Outside the vestibule, a balcony designed by Kristin Paton Interiors offers a chic spot for the man of the house to enjoy a relaxing aperitif. Laetitia Laurent of Laure Nell Interiors has crafted a luxurious primary bath inspired by French elegance and comfort, ideal for pre-event primping. Leta Austin Foster & Daughters Inc. have reimagined the home’s entrance and porte-cochère as a lush, welcoming Winter Garden space. Louise W Cronan Interior Decoration has created an elegant and verdant first impression in the front porch and foyer of the Show House. Mally Skok Design has transformed a secondary bedroom suite into a sophisticated retreat for a well-traveled man, blending personal touches and global influences. Marshall Watson & Reid Deane Ganes Interiors have turned the living room into a multi-generational oasis, combining elegance and comfort for all ages to enjoy. Meg Lonergan Interiors has added a touch of Neoclassical elegance to the home’s veranda, creating a serene space between two realms.

Inspired by the Greek goddess of spring and queen of the underworld, Persephone, the designer has created a luxurious outdoor living space that serves as a dreamy and decadent escape at any time of day.

Meg Lonergan Interiors, in collaboration with MONIOMI Design, presents “11:11,” a project that reimagines the house’s rec room and cabana bath with a mix of chic contemporary pieces and ancient allure. The space features a stunning custom marble and onyx ping-pong table and basketball hoops to keep it bustling with activity.

The bathroom, designed with a sultry and feminine touch, showcases a beautiful floral wallcovering paired with geometric tiles and a Pompeian mosaic floor that seamlessly blends contemporary and historic design elements.

Nellie Howard Ossi Interiors has transformed the guest house stairwell, living area, and bath into a tasteful coastal retreat perfect for conversation, cards, and cocktails. The space features a stylish banquette and hidden bar, creating a light and airy escape for visitors.

Nikki Levy Interiors introduces “Atelier Botanica,” a space for self-reflection and expression in the upstairs and downstairs gallery and staircase. Bold plays on masculine and feminine design elements result in a colorful and invigorating transition space that captivates owners and guests alike.

Tate Casper and Jordan Winston of Oxford Design have reimagined the home’s terrace into a luxurious retreat reminiscent of a Palm Beach hotel. By blending vintage finds with modern fixtures and classic design elements, they have created a sophisticated outdoor room for relaxation.

Rajni Alex Design breathes new life into the Show House’s kitchen, breakfast room, and laundry area, bringing them up to par with the rest of the home. Luxurious materials, an artistic island, and elegant design details establish this space as the heart of the home.

Robin Henry Studio has infused the home bar space with a burst of flower power, creating a destination for afternoon or golden hour relaxation with stunning views. A custom bar and historic Adelphi wallcovering offer a captivating experience for those seeking a moment of indulgence.

Erin Shakoor of Shakoor Interiors has energized the home’s powder bath and sitting area with a vibrant artistic salon ambiance. Adorned with unique artworks and enveloped in high-gloss ribbed gold wallpaper, this space serves as an unforgettable spot for creative inspiration.
