Police in Queensland, Australia are investigating the tragic death of 57-year-old Zdravko Bilic, who was found fatally stabbed outside his Warana residence on July 14. Bilic’s wife, Gry Tomte, is the founder of HUD Skin + Body, a skincare clinic based in Melbourne.
Authorities were alerted to the incident around 7:35 p.m. after a neighbor discovered Bilic unresponsive in the front yard. He had sustained multiple stab wounds to his abdomen and was pronounced dead at the scene. While the investigation is ongoing, detectives suspect that Bilic may have been killed while attempting to thwart a home invasion.
Tomte, originally from Norway, established her clinic with a focus on providing effective skincare solutions and exceptional client care. Described as a kind and gentle soul by his wife, Bilic was beloved by all who knew him. No arrests have been made in connection with the case, and police are urging anyone with information or surveillance footage from the Warana area on the evening of the incident to come forward.
