Shocking Twist Man Allegedly Wanted Mother to Help Move!

Man accused of murdering woman he was dating and involving his mother in the crime
Paul Jason Sultana, 34, is facing charges for the alleged murder of 28-year-old Dayna Isaac in Sydney, Australia. The prosecution claims that Sultana killed Isaac, a mother of two, and then brought his mother to the murder scene to seek her help in moving the body. Isaac was found dead in her apartment with signs of strangulation and assault. Sultana, who had been in a relationship with Isaac for a few months, is said to have sought assistance from various individuals before involving his mother. Despite pleading not guilty, Sultana is accused of attempting to dispose of evidence after the crime. Witnesses are expected to testify about previous instances of violence by Sultana. The prosecution also points to DNA evidence linking Sultana to the crime and reports of suspicious activities at the crime scene. Sultana’s defense maintains his innocence, suggesting the involvement of another party in the murder.

Instead of confessing to the crime while in custody, he purportedly expressed a desire to restrain Isaac and make her regret betraying him, but ultimately ended her life. Woods defended his client’s actions by attributing them to panic induced by fear. The lawyer claimed that Sultana’s behavior was influenced by a history of unsuccessful relationships. “This aligns with a man who feared being unjustly accused due to past allegations from former partners,” Woods stated. He further explained, “His panic stemmed not from the act of killing Dayna, but from the belief that he would wrongly face police charges. This interpretation is supported by the evidence.” Source: People
