Shocking Texas Woman, 33, Arrested for Flushing Fetus Down Whataburger Bathroom Toilet!

A pregnant woman in Texas, identified as Mallori Patrice Strait, 33, reportedly attempted to flush a fetus down a toilet in a disturbing incident that unfolded at a Whataburger fast-food restaurant in San Antonio. The incident occurred last week when Strait, who was in her third trimester of pregnancy, entered the Whataburger establishment around noon on Thursday.

Once inside the restaurant, Strait took a seat in the lobby and remained there for approximately two hours before eventually entering the bathroom, as per reports from KSAT. During this time, she could be heard making distressing noises from inside a bathroom stall, raising concerns among the restaurant staff.

The restaurant manager, noticing Strait’s prolonged stay in the bathroom and the alarming sounds emanating from the stall, checked on her multiple times and provided her with water. However, as the situation escalated, the manager felt compelled to ask Strait to leave the premises due to safety concerns. Subsequently, law enforcement was contacted for assistance.

Deputies from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call and initiated an inquiry into the circumstances surrounding Strait’s actions. It was noted that Strait exhibited a lack of cooperation when questioned by the authorities.

Upon further investigation, law enforcement personnel made a disturbing discovery inside the bathroom at the Whataburger. They found a fetus, identified as a female, in the toilet, indicating that Strait had indeed attempted to dispose of the unborn child in this manner.

Following the distressing find, emergency medical services were summoned, and both Strait and the fetus were swiftly transported to a nearby hospital for immediate medical attention. Tragically, despite the efforts made to save the infant’s life, the newborn was pronounced deceased upon arrival at the medical facility.

Medical professionals attending to the case revealed that Strait was between 28 to 30 weeks pregnant at the time of the incident, firmly placing her in the advanced stages of the third trimester, as reported by News 4 San Antonio. To ascertain the exact cause of the infant’s untimely demise, the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has undertaken an investigation into the matter.

Following the events at the Whataburger, Strait was taken into custody by law enforcement officials and subsequently charged with abuse of a corpse, reflecting the seriousness of the situation. The legal proceedings are expected to progress as authorities continue to delve into the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.

The distressing events that unfolded at the fast-food establishment have shocked the local community and raised questions about the well-being of the pregnant woman involved. The focus now shifts to uncovering the underlying factors that led to such a harrowing outcome, as the investigation proceeds with the aim of seeking justice for the deceased infant and understanding the circumstances that led to this tragic incident.
