Paul Danan reportedly passed away due to a mixture of drugs, including heroin and cocaine, according to details presented in a court hearing. The inquest at Avon Coroner’s Court revealed that the combined toxicity of various substances, such as heroin, methadone, codeine, pregabalin, cocaine, and zopiclone, along with benzodiazepine use, contributed to Danan’s death. He was found unresponsive at his home in Bristol and pronounced dead on January 15. Danan, known for his roles in Hollyoaks and reality TV shows like Celebrity Love Island and Celebrity Big Brother, was identified by his partner, Melissa Crooks. Investigations are ongoing, and a full inquest hearing is scheduled for May 28. Before his passing, Danan had legal issues related to drug possession and driving under the influence. His death was confirmed by his management company as they mourned the loss of the talented actor.
