Shocking Revelation Cause of Death for Prince William and Prince Harry’s 20-Year-Old Cousin Unveiled

Rosie Roche’s cause of death has been disclosed. The 20-year-old, a cousin of Prince William and Prince Harry, was tragically discovered deceased in her Wiltshire residence on July 14. Reports from The Independent, Gazette and Herald, and the Daily Mail state that she succumbed to a “traumatic head injury,” as indicated by the Wiltshire and Swindon coroner. Despite requests for comment from PEOPLE, the coroner has yet to respond.

Earlier accounts revealed that Roche’s mother and sister found her lifeless while she was preparing for a trip with friends. Authorities allegedly discovered a firearm in close proximity at the scene. Following the incident, an investigation was initiated by the Wiltshire and Swindon coroner. Coroner Grant Davies confirmed that the police have ruled out foul play and any third-party involvement, as reported by The Sun.

Wiltshire police emphasized that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding Roche’s demise in a statement to The Independent and extended their condolences to her family. Roche was a student of English literature at Durham University and the granddaughter of Princess Diana’s uncle, Edmund Roche, 5th Baron Fermoy. A spokesperson conveyed that the royal family’s cousin will be deeply missed. University College principal Professor Wendy Powers expressed profound sadness among staff and students over the loss.

In a tribute published by the Yorkshire Post, family members remembered Roche as a beloved daughter, sister, and granddaughter. An obituary announced a forthcoming memorial service to honor her memory.
