Shocking 15-Year-Old Escapes Deplorable Home Covered in Feces and Urine!

Three individuals have been arrested on suspicion of child abuse and neglect following a disturbing incident where a 15-year-old boy ran unclothed into a grocery store in California while reportedly being restrained at the wrists. The boy, who is autistic, was found with visible injuries and taken to a hospital for treatment. Upon investigating the boy’s home, authorities discovered unsanitary living conditions, including feces and urine throughout the house, strong odors, and other health hazards. The boy’s mother, Leandra Renteria, along with his grandmother, Lenore Wilson, and her husband, Gary Wilson, have all been taken into custody on charges related to child abuse and neglect. The two children, including the 15-year-old boy and his 12-year-old autistic sister, have been removed from the home and placed under the care of Child Protective Services. Witnesses at the store described the shocking scene as the boy entered, prompting gasps from onlookers.

According to the manager, David Avila, the teenager appeared to be in danger and in need of assistance as he had multiple bruises all over his body. Avila noticed that the teen’s wrists were bound and there was a rope tied around his ankle. The employees reassured the teen, comforting him with words and gentle pats, while also covering him with a coat.
