Kenyan police announced today that they have arrested the suspect in the dismembered bodies of 9 women at the Mukuru garbage dump in the capital Nairobi.

Police said they analyzed the mobile phone app transactions of one of the victims, Josphine Mulongo Owino, and found that she had made a transfer on the day she disappeared, and that the clue led them to Jomaisi Khalisia.

Police searched Khalisia's apartment, which was 100 meters from where the bodies of the victims were found, and initially found phones, a woman's purse and other items, including underwear belonging to the women.
