Thomas, a two-time PGA Championship winner, has struggled in recent major appearances, missing the cut in five of his last nine events. DeChambeau, who was in contention at the Masters, finished fifth after a final-round 75.
Xander Schauffele, the defending champion, and Jon Rahm are both listed at 20-1 odds. Jordan Spieth, Dustin Johnson, and Phil Mickelson, former major winners, have longer odds at 50-1, 100-1, and 300-1 respectively.
