Renowned educator, author, and mother Esther Wojcicki coined the term and developed the TRICK method (Trust, Respect, Independence, Collaboration, and Kindness) as the foundation of her parenting philosophy.

Instead of getting involved in the heated exchange between the other moms, I encouraged my daughter to handle the situation in her own way. By empowering her to make her own decisions and find her own solution, she was able to manage the conflict independently.
