In his debut season with the Philadelphia Eagles, Barkley joined an elite group of running backs in NFL history by surpassing the 2,000-yard rushing mark, finishing with a league-leading 2,005 yards. Meanwhile, Henry, who had established himself over eight seasons with the Tennessee Titans, transitioned to the Baltimore Ravens and amassed an impressive 1,921 rushing yards.
Henry’s contributions were instrumental in helping the Ravens secure a 12-5 record and clinch the AFC North title. Despite facing tough competition from the Cincinnati Bengals, led by the league’s passing yards leader Joe Burrow with 4,918 yards, Baltimore emerged victorious.
Quarterbacks Jared Goff of the Detroit Lions and Baker Mayfield of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ranked second and third, respectively, in passing yards, with Goff totaling 4,629 yards and Mayfield not far behind at 4,500.
Burrow led the NFL in passing touchdowns with an impressive 43, while Mayfield and Lamar Jackson of the Ravens tied for second with 41 each. Burrow’s success was buoyed by his connection with wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase, who led the league with 127 receptions, 1,708 receiving yards, and 17 touchdowns.
Rookies Brock Bowers of the Las Vegas Raiders and Malik Nabers of the New York Giants also made waves in the receiving category, with Bowers securing the third spot with 112 receptions and Nabers ranking fifth with 109 catches.
On the defensive side, Cincinnati’s Trey Hendrickson was a standout performer, registering an impressive 17.5 sacks. Myles Garrett of the Cleveland Browns and Nik Bonitto of the Denver Broncos followed closely with 14 sacks and 13.5 sacks, respectively.
Indianapolis Colts linebacker Zaire Franklin led the league in combined tackles with a remarkable total of 173, showcasing his prowess on the field throughout the season.
