Retired Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy’s highly anticipated memoir is set for release in the fall. The book, titled ‘Life, Law, & Liberty,’ will be published as a single volume on October 14, a year later than originally planned. This memoir was initially named ‘Life and Law,’ but has been updated as part of the editing process. Simon & Schuster, the publisher who first announced Kennedy’s book deal in 2024, shared the news on Thursday. In the memoir, 88-year-old Kennedy will reflect on his life journey from growing up in Sacramento, California, to his three decades serving as a justice on the Supreme Court. Throughout his career, Kennedy was known for being a moderate conservative who played pivotal roles in landmark cases such as those involving same-sex marriage, campaign finance, and abortion.
