Cam Talbot stood strong in goal, making 23 saves, while Patrick Kane notched three assists. WINNIPEG, Manitoba (AP) — Adrian Kempe’s overtime goal gave the Los Angeles Kings a 2-1 victory over the Winnipeg Jets. Alex Turcotte also scored for the Kings, with Darcy Kuemper making 18 saves to help secure the win. Mark Scheifele scored for Winnipeg to level the game, but Kempe’s decisive goal settled the match. This was Los Angeles’ fifth straight win after a week-long break due to wildfires.

However, Keller’s goal was disallowed after a replay challenge from the Sharks, with officials determining that Schmaltz had interfered with Georgiev moments before the shot. The score remained even until Hayton expertly curled a long-distance drive past Georgiev late in the third period.
