The iconic bird logo of Twitter, which was removed from the company’s former San Francisco headquarters after Elon Musk rebranded it to X, has been sold for nearly $35,000 at an auction. The sign, weighing 560 pounds and measuring 12 feet by 9 feet, was sold by RR Auction, a dealer in rare and collectible items, for $34,375. The buyer has not been disclosed. In addition to the logo, Musk auctioned off various items from the former Twitter, including signs, memorabilia, kitchen equipment, and office furniture. Other notable items sold in the auction included an Apple-1 computer with accessories for $375,000, an Apple Computer Co. check signed by Steve Jobs in 1976 for $112,054, and a first-generation 4GB iPhone still sealed in its package for $87,514.
