Fueled by a desire for change, I made the bold decision to explore the world.
After a soul-searching journey through Brazil and various countries, I didn’t find a romantic soulmate, but I fell in love with the diverse cultures I encountered. Each destination left a lasting imprint on my heart, from the serene beaches of Brazil to the spiritual depths of Tibet and the adventurous landscapes of Thailand. Embracing solitude, I delved into introspection and self-discovery, cherishing the moments of simply being present.
Upon my return to New York, I found love unexpectedly blossoming with a man I met on Prince Street. Our connection was effortless, our conversations flowing with ease as we shared stories of our travels and dreams. Walking the familiar streets of the city, I realized that it wasn’t the external environment that had changed, but rather my own growth and self-awareness that had transformed my perspective on life.

I realized that this person from Liguria, who resided in Paris but was in New York at the time, was a significant part of my journey. Before meeting him, I just needed to learn some important lessons about love and life. It has been 16 years since that fateful encounter where our eyes met.
