A woman who had previously sued Sean “Diddy” Combs is now accusing NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski of being involved in a gang rape with the music mogul back in 2018. The amended federal lawsuit, filed on Friday, alleges that former New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. participated in the violent sexual assault of the accuser, Ashley Parham, at a residence in Orinda, California in March 2018.
According to the lawsuit, during the alleged gang rape, Beckham was referred to as “Cornelius” by the other defendants. The lawsuit also implicates comedian and actor Druski, whose real name is Drew Desbordes, in the assault.
In response to the allegations, both Beckham and Druski have denied any involvement in the incident. Beckham tweeted a message expressing his confidence in clearing his name, while Druski stated that the accusation was a fabricated lie and that he was not a public figure at the time of the alleged assault.
Combs’ legal team has strongly refuted the accusations, stating that the claims were unfounded and that the singer was not present in Orinda, California on the day of the alleged assault. The team criticized the lawsuit as an attempt to gain publicity and financial gain.
The lawsuit continues to unfold as the parties involved defend their positions and the legal process moves forward.
Following the investigation that discredited them, Ms. Parham has now come up with an even more fantastical story, claiming a massive (and highly unlikely) conspiracy involving law enforcement, local residents, and members of the media industry,” they continued. “Mr. Combs is eager to have his day in court where these falsehoods — and the questionable motives of those spreading them — will be exposed.”The legal proceedings were initiated by Parham against Combs last October. Combs, who is facing numerous civil lawsuits with disturbing allegations of sexual misconduct, as well as federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and fraud, has been alleged to have used a TV remote to assault Parham in retaliation after she suggested a month earlier that Combs may have been involved in Tupac’s murder, as per the lawsuit. Combs has refuted all accusations. If you have experienced sexual assault and reside in New York, you can contact 1-800-942-6906 for free and confidential crisis counseling.
