NJ Attorney and Yacht Club Owner Arrested for Assault in Miami Club on New Year’s Day!

Lupolover surrendered to the Miami Beach Police Department on Tuesday and is currently facing a charge of aggravated battery. However, he chose not to engage with investigators, as stated in the report. During a hearing on Wednesday, a judge deemed Lupolover to be detained on a $5,000 bond and ordered him to maintain distance from the victim. The altercation took place at the Queen Miami Beach nightclub on New Year’s Day. Google Maps shows the location. Lupolover is currently incarcerated at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, according to jail records acquired by Local 10. In 2020, Lupolover founded the Lupo Yacht Club in Miami after multiple years of renting out his personal vessel to friends and family. The “exclusive yacht club” offers members access to three vessels valued at $3 million, with membership fees starting at $5,000 per month, according to the club’s website. The description on the website states, “We are a luxury yacht charter that owns our yachts. We have two pristine condition 70′ Azimut Flybridges in our fleet. Each one is equipped with a sea doo rxt-x 300″ jet skis. Membership fees for his yacht club start at $5,000 a month.” Lupolover is also the owner of a six-person cruising boat named Lupo Jr. The club has expanded its operations to include the Bahamas, Sunny Isles, and South Florida, navigating through the Exumas and the Eastern Florida coastline. Additionally, Lupolover operates a law firm in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, specializing primarily in personal and business debt relief, according to the firm’s website. He is recognized as a licensed attorney in New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. His verified LinkedIn profile highlights his legal and yachting pursuits, which Local 10 has confirmed.
