Missouri Driver Caught Speeding and Playing Video Games While Driving!

Police in Missouri reported that a driver was apprehended for speeding at over 100 mph and engaging in video game play while operating a vehicle. The incident occurred on Interstate 35 in Clay County, Missouri, within the bounds of northwestern Kansas City. The Claycomo Police Department disclosed that the driver, whose identity has not been disclosed, was traveling at a speed of 107 mph and was found to have a suspended driver’s license.

“The driver was playing a video game, yes, a video game while driving 107mph… On a suspended license. Apparently, he was so distracted he didn’t see our motor officer in the lane ahead of him,” stated the police in a social media post.

Charges are currently pending against the unnamed driver, with a scheduled court date yet to be determined.
