Jaime King, known for her roles in White Chicks and Hart of Dixie, is a devoted mother to her two sons, James and Leo, whom she shares with her ex-husband Kyle Newman. Her first son, James Knight, was born in October 2013, while her younger son, Leo Thames, arrived in July 2015.
After their split in May 2020 following 13 years of marriage, King and Newman engaged in a difficult custody battle. Allegations of abuse and addiction were made from both sides, ultimately resulting in Newman being granted sole physical custody of the children in March 2025. King was allowed supervised visitation up to three times a week, as she had not completed certain court-ordered programs at the time.
