Cannon, whose father is Nick Cannon, was streaming from a bedroom on Twitch, a platform where users share live video game sessions. At one point, he muted his microphone while conversing with someone off-camera. “Sorry, chat,” he apologized after unmuting briefly. “My mom is here.” Soon, Cannon’s twin sister Monroe appeared, followed by Carey herself. As Cannon tried to coax his mom out of the frame, he humorously struggled as live viewers reacted to seeing the music icon on screen. Eventually, Cannon had to turn off his camera entirely, all the while pleading with his family to exit the room.
