Albanese reiterated Australia’s stance during a press conference, stating, “Australia’s position remains consistent, supporting a two-state solution on a bipartisan basis.”
Trump disclosed his intentions to assume control of the Gaza Strip and relocate Palestinians to neighboring nations during a joint address with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He boldly declared, “The U.S. will assert authority over the Gaza Strip and will execute necessary actions accordingly.”
