Two individuals were fatally shot on the Las Vegas Strip on Sunday evening in what appears to be a targeted attack stemming from an online dispute, as reported by the police. Law enforcement officers near the Bellagio Hotel & Casino were alerted to gunfire around 10:40 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. The alleged perpetrator, Manuel Ruiz, aged 41, surrendered himself at a Henderson police station the following day. Police stated that he will be charged with two counts of open murder with a deadly weapon and will be held at the Clark County Detention Center.
