Expressing gratitude towards its devoted fan base for their patience during the online ordering problems, Dave Skena, the chief brand officer at Krispy Kreme, stated, “As we close out 2024, we are so grateful for Krispy Kreme fans, including for their patience as we experienced problems with online ordering.” He further added, “Now that online ordering is 100 percent back, we’re saying ‘thanks’ with great online and offline deals to start the New Year right for all of us!”
Commencing from Monday, December 30th, Krispy Kreme is offering a week-long series of special deals to commemorate the company’s successful navigation through the system breach that impeded online orders. The following deals are available:
– December 30th to January 1st: Customers can enjoy free delivery with a minimum purchase of $5.
– December 30th to January 1st: The New Year’s Double Dozen promotion allows customers to acquire two dozen Original Glazed doughnuts or one Original Glazed dozen combined with either a Classic Assorted dozen or specialty dozen for $20.25. This offer is valid for in-shop, drive-thru, and online orders for pickup or delivery, with a limit of four per guest.
– January 3rd to 5th: Customers can purchase a dozen Original Glazed or Classic Assorted doughnuts for $12. This offer is applicable for in-shop, drive-thru, and online orders for pickup or delivery, with a limit of four per guest.
