Justin Baldoni’s Shocking Lawsuit Against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds Unveiled!

The lawsuit alleges that Lively wrongfully took control of Wayfarer’s movie and premiere, causing harm to the Plaintiffs’ personal and professional reputations. Lively is accused of attempting to drive the Plaintiffs out of business completely. The suit claims that Lively spread a false and damaging narrative against Baldoni, accusing him of sexual harassment during the production of “It Ends with Us” with fabricated evidence. Lively filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department in December, citing text messages and communications supposedly aimed at tarnishing her public image. The lawsuit was first reported by The New York Times. Subsequently, Lively initiated a legal action in New York against Baldoni and other parties, alleging sexual harassment. Baldoni’s attorney refuted all claims made against his client.

Baldoni’s lawsuit accuses Sloane of maliciously portraying him as a sexual predator and Reynolds of labeling him as such in a conversation with Baldoni’s agent, instructing them to sever ties with him. Baldoni also claims Reynolds verbally attacked him at his home during the film’s production. The lawsuit argues that the Plaintiffs were targets of a smear campaign orchestrated by the defendants, with Lively exerting influence over the film’s production. Baldoni’s attorney stated that the lawsuit is supported by substantial evidence showing Lively’s team’s efforts to harm Baldoni and his companies through the dissemination of manipulated information to the media. The attorney expressed confidence in prevailing against Lively in court.

Photographs from the set of “It Ends with Us” show Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni during filming in Jersey City, New Jersey. Baldoni’s attorney emphasized that their legal case is based on factual evidence and that they are prepared to fully disclose all relevant communications and materials. The statement ends with a declaration that the truth will prevail.

Attempts to reach Lively, Reynolds, Sloane, and Vision PR for comment on Baldoni’s lawsuit were unsuccessful. The legal dispute between Lively and Baldoni escalated with additional actions taken by both parties, including Baldoni’s lawsuit against The New York Times for defamation and invasion of privacy. Baldoni’s legal representation has issued new statements addressing the ongoing litigation.

In a complaint against The New York Times, Justin Baldoni accused the newspaper of relying on “cherry-picked” and altered communications, alleging that details were “stripped of necessary context and deliberately spliced” to “mislead.”

Lively’s attorney also issued a statement addressing the ongoing dispute. “Ms. Lively’s federal litigation before the Southern District of New York involves serious claims of sexual harassment and retaliation, backed by concrete facts. This is not a ‘feud’ arising from ‘creative differences’ or a ‘he said/she said’ situation. As alleged in Ms. Lively’s complaint, and as we will prove in litigation, Wayfarer and its associates engaged in unlawful, retaliatory astroturfing against Ms. Lively for simply trying to protect herself and others on a film set,” the statement read in part.

Both Baldoni and Lively’s attorney have recently made public statements regarding the ongoing legal dispute. Both parties are seeking a jury trial.
